Hello, I'm Lulu.

I'm a product designer with close to a decade in the design world. I started in graphic design and art direction, moved into product, and over the past few years I’ve grown into owning the full arc of a product: understanding the problem, shaping the experience, and increasingly, building and shipping it myself.

I'm drawn to how things work and why. I like sitting with a messy problem, understanding the people it affects, and finding the clearest, most useful way through, then seeing it into something real rather than leaving it as a set of screens.

Working AI-first has closed the gap between designing an idea and building it. It runs through my whole process, from the earliest discovery through design and into a working, shippable product, so the thinking and the making stay close together.
